How much does it cost to send a letter?
Printed letters start at $3.99 for a single letter. If you send 10 or more, the price drops to $2.99 each. Machine handwritten letters on card stock will be $5.99 when that tier launches. Letters to Congress are $4.99 each, or $9.99 to send to all three of your representatives.
How long does delivery take?
We print and mail your letter within 1-2 business days. After that, USPS First Class typically takes 2-5 business days. Most people receive their letter within one week of you placing the order.
What does the letter actually look like?
It looks like a real letter, because it is one. Your words are professionally printed on quality paper, folded into a standard #10 envelope with your return address and a first-class stamp. No branding, no ads, no "sent via" footer. Just your letter.
Is my letter private?
Yes. Your letter content is only accessed to print and mail it. We do not share, sell, or read your letters for any other purpose. Your words are between you and your recipient.
Can AI write the letter for me?
We offer AI help to polish your draft or suggest phrasing, but you write the core message. Think of it as a writing assistant, not a ghostwriter. You can also skip the AI entirely and just type your own words.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund anytime before we print your letter. Once it is printed and in the mail, we cannot retrieve it. You can always track status in your dashboard so you know exactly where your letter is in the process.
