Click "Write Your Letter," type your message (or pick a template), enter the recipient's mailing address, and pay $3.99. We print it on quality paper and mail it via USPS First Class. It arrives in their mailbox within a week.
Do I need to provide a return address?
Yes. USPS requires a return address on First Class mail, and recipients trust letters with a real return address. We save it to your account so you only have to enter it once.
Can AI help me write my letter?
Yes. We offer optional AI assistance that can polish your draft, suggest phrasing, or help you get started for specific occasions. You always control the final message before it's sent.
What if I want to send a handwritten letter?
Machine handwritten letters on card stock are coming soon at $7.99. These use a robotic pen that writes with real ink, so they look and feel hand-done. Printed letters are available right now.
How long does delivery take?
We print and mail within 1-2 business days. USPS First Class delivery takes 2-5 additional business days. Plan for about one week total from order to mailbox.
